2. 法案执行日期:

2023年2月6日, FCC 22-28律例已在联国公报 (Federal Register)上颁布并立即生效，

3. 变动内容:

申请商必须提供以下两个函件

① Certifications concerning “covered” equipment. Section 2.911(d)(5)(i)-(ii)

申请人提交一份书面和签署的证明，证明其授权的设备不是“Covered”设备。

② Certification designating a U.S. agent for service of process

申请人指定一个位于美国的联系人作为申请人的代理人。
